Description
Refurbishment of the Shopping Centre with particular emphasis to the Landlords Communal areas. This involved upgrading Services installations, new lighting through and raft ceiling systems, stone and tile flooring. A number of shop units were altered and refurbished including frameless glazes shopfronts. Major Demolition and Structural works were a challenge whilst maintaining full trading and opening hours to the retailers.
Key Features
Refurbishment of landlord’s communal mall areas, including new stone and tile flooring, raft ceiling systems, and upgraded lighting.
Upgrade and replacement of mechanical and electrical services throughout the centre.
Alteration and refurbishment of selected retail units, including installation of frameless glazed shopfronts.
Structural and demolition works carried out in phased sections to enable continuous operation.
All works undertaken while maintaining full trading hours and safe public access to retailers.
