Description
Full refurbishment of a four storey Grade II* listed property on the corner of Sloane Street and Basil Street in Knightsbridge.
Key Features
The project commenced with strip-out works, taking care of the RBKC Heritage Report detailing original features of the building. We constructed a new lead roof, restoration of original stained glass windows and hardwood doors before undertaking a full fit-out programme to create two one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments.
