Project Details

Description

Inwood House Group were contracted to demolish a derelict warehouse building and construct a mixed-use development comprising a ground floor restaurant, above which eight luxury apartments were built, with a two-storey house at one end of the scheme. The build involved part concrete-frame and part traditional cavity construction with a transfer slab at ground to first floor level. This enabled the restaurant to benefit from as wide an open area as possible. A mixture of finishings were used externally and internally on the residential units, with the restaurant being fitted out with a Spanish theme.

All works were completed within the 54-week programme and to budget.
